We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer returns under the following conditions:

Returns

* Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
* Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with ALL TAGS INTACT.
* Items that show signs of wear, perfume, deodorant, makeup, or damage will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping…

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
