• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.

• Items showing signs of wear, perfume, deodorant, makeup, or damage will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
